Product Launches & GTM
Over the last 7 years, I’ve led go-to-market strategies for multiple Web3 and fintech product launches, from educational platforms to full Layer-1s and DeFi banking apps. Each launch required aligning product, community, and partnerships to deliver adoption and momentum from day one.
Example 1: DCX Learn by CoinDCX
Launch Date: June 2020
Objective: Make crypto and blockchain education accessible to millions in India.
What I Did: Defined brand positioning (“Crypto Education for All”), oversaw content strategy (courses, guides, partnerships like Zubi), and drove promotional campaigns.
Results: Coverage in mainstream outlets (YourStory, TechCircle, LiveMint), tied to #TryCrypto goal of onboarding 50M Indian users.
Example 2: Scallop Banking App & Cards
Launch Date: November 29, 2021 (EU soft launch)
Objective: Bridge traditional and digital finance with a DeFi-powered banking app and crypto cards.
What I Did: Directed GTM across 27 EU markets, positioned Scallop as the first regulated DeFi banking platform, and rolled out campaigns around app features (wallets, fiat/crypto exchange, card integration).
Results: Press coverage on Nasdaq, Finextra; strong early adoption with multi-country user base and roadmap visibility for future features (NFT marketplace, expanded cards).
Example 3: KernelDAO Mainnet Launch
Launch Date: April 2025
Objective: Transition KernelDAO into a live restaking protocol with token integration.
What I Did: Led GTM strategy, orchestrated launch comms with TGE, drove developer and community adoption, managed content (blogs, tutorials, launch threads).
Results: $10M+ restaked in the first hour, strong early staking traction, and alignment of ecosystem partners during launch window.
