Overview
I’ve built and scaled ambassador programs that turned early believers into powerful evangelists. At Scallop and KernelDAO, I designed frameworks, incentives, and activations that expanded communities into the hundreds of thousands, driving organic growth and sustained engagement.
What I Did
Created ambassador frameworks: clear tiers, KPIs, and reward structures.
Designed onboarding funnels & toolkits (guides, referral systems, community playbooks).
Activated regional groups across India, Europe, SEA, UAE, South Korea, China, and the US.
Integrated ambassadors into major campaigns & launches (Scallop Everest stunt, Kernel TGE, Kernel Mainnet).
Encouraged co-created content: blogs, tutorials, Twitter/X threads, AMAs, explainer videos.
Results
Scallop Ambassador Program: scaled to 700K+ members, fueling organic awareness for the Banking App, Cards, and E Money Network.
KernelDAO Ambassador Program: scaled to 500K+ members, amplifying restaking education and launch campaigns to millions of impressions.
Overall impact: ambassadors drove authentic content, global adoption, and lasting brand equity, ensuring launches converted into sticky communities.
Key Learnings / Playbook
Community-led growth requires structure + freedom: give direction, but let ambassadors localize.
Incentives should be multi-dimensional (not just tokens → include recognition, exclusives, access).
Integration with product and campaign milestones keeps ambassadors energized and relevant.
Early evangelists are not just marketers, they become trust anchors for the ecosystem.
